"Worse experience ever, the manager attitude rude and unprofessional. They push treatments and it’s so obvious the get a cut of what they sale. This office looks like a market not like a medical office that should be taking care of patients problems not this huge amounts of money they want to charge. They don’t care about their patients."

"I had a bad experience where I went in for a cleaning and somehow got a Deep Cleaning worth 80x what I came in for. On top of that the doctor came in checked on me for a few seconds and declared I needed an expensive treatment. I went to a second Dentist the next day and they told me that the price given to me by the Dentist was outrageous and the procedure not needed. Terrible experience."

We are sorry you feel that way, However, Our doctors diagnose what they find medically necessary for our patients. Our prices are competitive in the area and there are many doctors who's fees might be less but the quality of work might not be the best. We diagnose off x-rays as well as a periodontal exam including periodontal charting noting gum pocket depth which states when a patient needs a deep cleaning. In your case it is extremely necessary but each doctor is entitled to their opinion.

Unfortunately, your co-payments are mandatory and enforced by your insurance therefore, we don't have the authority to waive them. If you feel your co-payments are too high that is something you must discuss with your insurance company. We hope this information has helped.
