"I was charged $696 for a basic consultation with Dr. Christine Le. The office explained it was because I’m a new patient, but I’ve had similar visits with other doctors and was charged less than half that amount. I do not recommend."

"This year my Advantage plan changed dramatically. Since I wanted no change from my previous KS plan I took no action. I realize this is on me and I'm stuck for a year. I was told they had to reduce options to keep costs affordable. I would rather pay more and get more. They eliminated flex account and fitness components and reduced the OTC spend account to $25. Now everything that happens is an irritant. ..."

"Beware using them. They don't let you see your established doctors in your insurance network that are not Kelsey-Seybolds own physicians. They will lie and say that your insurance rejected the claim, but as a matter of fact they will never even file it because they try to force you to use their own doctors only. Their own profit matters more than your health."

You could go in for anything, maybe to just get flu shots, and they will ask you random questions that look as if they are asking about your health in general, and then some doctor will come in and just prescribe a placebo type nonsense medicine related to your symptom, and you may just shrug it off as o I am too busy with my life to deal with ..."

"LITERALLY THE WORST. Avoid this place at all costs. Their male doctor completely dismissed my concerns (probably because I'm a woman), they double billed me and refuse to fix it, they also refuse to use Quest bc they try to force you to their own lab to scam you some more. Worst doctors on earth."

"My mother was treated by a physician from Kelsey-Seybold at St. Luke's hospital. Kelsey Seybold keeps sending a bill. We called and gave them her Medicare and secondary insurance number and asked them to file a claim because her secondary is excellent and covers essentially everything. I didn't realize they didn't take my insurance as nothing was said when I booked. "Exceptionally long wait times to get appointments with all specialty doctors, typically about 3 months. Radiology special procedures are not much better, about 5-6 weeks out. Don’t even think you can get through to a radiology scheduler !! Will be on hold over and over the 15 minute wait time given on automated message when you call. "Kelsey USED to be my go to clinic, in the last few years their service has decreased and I repeatedly have to call to dispute charges. It seems like they will charge you more than insurance covers just to try to get more money from patients."
