"Dr. Kelly and her Nurse Practitioner did not provide adequate care. Their mistreatment ended up in my getting better care at urgent care bc of their refusal to collect data or listen to what was going on. No one should be diagnosed with a uterine polyp from urgent care bc the gynecologist is refusing to collect data to make sure you are ok. "
