"Something about a surgery center that wants your $375.00 copay up front before your back procedure is approved by your insurance company. No confidence in the doctor that looks at your MRI & just says "Uuuu u have both hips replaced, like the doctor has never performed surgery on a patient with hip replacements, didn't happened with 1 initial visit but had to drive $120 in gas 2 hours + another copay ..."
