"Very long wait for everything. High volume of patients and impersonal. An employee clearly had not had enough training to do what she was required to do (determine cost based on benefits.) Optometrist was hard to hear/understand Restroom has no sign on the door and you will have to ask for a key to use it.."

"the customer service/front desk staff are the absolute worse I've ever encountered. they ignore you when youre waiting to check out, they duck their head down behind the high counter so they cant see you. when you try to call for any reason you never get thru, if you do and can leave a message no one ever calls back, they never respond to messages on the portal either. "I have been trying to get the correct contact prescription signed for weeks. No one in the optical department answers the phone and the voicemail is full. When I do manage to reach a human, they assure me they will take care of it. Still nothing. No response from the doctor in the patient portal, either. They happily collected my extra contact lens fee as a part of my exam, though!"

"Would not recommend this place. Customer service sucks and canceled my procedure on a Monday. Was contacted by phone on Friday for canceled appt. I missed the call no message left ( I didn’t have a voicemail set up) they could of tried to call back but didn’t. Showed up for appt on Monday said doctor canceled all his clinics and they were notified on Friday for that by doctor. Asked what do we do ..."

"Inexcusable customer service is a nice way to put it. DO NOT GO HERE! I wish I had read online reviews first. Eye exam experience okay BUT my prescription was not correct and even when I went back a second time, my prescription was too strong. They’re answering service says they’ll call you back, but they never do. This is not the first time this has occurred.. I’m only staying because of Dr. Loskot who successfully treated my dry eyes, Seriously considering going elsewhere for glasses ..."
