"Kim is a talented provider. Her treatment resolved my problems albeit painfully. I was referred by a friend. I gave them my insurance information and paid my $40 deductibles. 6 visits and a few months later I was good to go. Now 6 months later I got a bill for 100% of her services as they are not in network for my AARP United Healthcare. I'm at fault, but it would have been nice to be informed early ..."
