"wanted to say this is a very nice office with very competent providers, which have treated or advised me. i have been with kaiser for over a decade and this office and pharmacy is efficient, consistent, and accessible. for me, the waits (for the most part) have been pretty short. i am not affiliated and dont personally know anyone at kaiser. i also don't work in healthcare."

"If you are pregnant, immediately turn around and run to a different medical provider. I went to the Scotts Valley Kaiser office for what I thought would be a simple check-up while 13 weeks pregnant. I was tersely told, with hardly any explanation, that my unborn daughter was “not viable” and that I needed to terminate within 48 hours. Second, third, and fourth opinions from outside doctors said ..."
