"Kaiser is a nightmare to deal with. They will NOT offer you the treatment you need, my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's but they refuse to prescribe an MRI that should show the extend of the progress. After a long fight the so called "memory clinic" referred us to Neurology for second opinion but Neurology has no appointments available for 6 months!!! Stay away from Kaiser!!"

"Stay away! Unprofessional and unethical. Good lock if you choose them. They disable early intervention and monitoring. I have seen my primary care Dr. several times and I am not being referred and seen by specialist MD, Our family are not getting EKG/ Stress test/ MRI/ Colonoscopy . Moreover, My recent After Visit Note" are disappeared online. My pain and other symptoms are getting so out ..."
