"Always great caring doctors and PAs. Appointments are always relatively on time and never rushed. Been with this facility since early 1990's when it was Group Health. Wondered if there would be issues when Kaiser took over, but I certainly haven't experienced any negatives. I ended up with a horrible eye condition at the beginning of COVID and had multiple surgeries and coordinated care with Kaiser ..."

"This place is the worst. My 86 yr old mom had a bad fall and after a day in the emergency room was told to make follow up appt. Was told that the next appt. was a week and a half off and in Everett (she's in Lynnwood). The day before the appt. Kaiser arbitrarily cancelled. No explanation. We are leaving the country. It would have been nice to have mom checked out before we leave."

"I miss Group Health. Kaiser is the worst. The providers are overworked and the ability to communicate with them is blocked at every turn. I highly suggest you choose different insurance if you can."

"Have been trying to access my records for a cardiac monitoring program that I removed back in August! Can't get anyone to call back or respond to the dashboard. Now the site won't allow me access and I did the CHAT with support and that isn't working. Terrible communication with this location. I had great experiences until past 9 months. Something needs to be done as phone system wait times are ..."

"I'm really getting fed up with dealing with Kaiser. I'm going to start looking for someone else. I tried to call Lynwood and was told there might be a 20 minute wait. I tried using the web site and it won't let me. I had an appointment with a doctor and nobody notified me ahead of time that she would not be available. I made an appointment and it appeared online and then disappeared. I'm very angry. ..."
