"I attempted to make an appointment for my 89 year--old mother with her cardiologist after receiving a phone call from her primary doctor telling us to make an appointment to review the echo that showed several problems. I was treated rudely and denied ability to make the appointment since it would be violating HIPPA. I only wanted to schedule her appointment. How is that breaking Hippa? "
