"When in comes to getting your medical LOA paperwork filled they are a complete JOKE. Dr Dutton can't fill out the form correctly to save his life. I had to make numerous trips to the office to have paperwork filled out over and over again. My medical leave was denied because of this incompetence. Now I am unable to return to work because of my condition and they won't fill out the paperwork properly. ..."
