"I have been calling for 2 weeks now and no answer. I left voicemails and no call backs. Once picked up the phone and didn’t say hold or nothing just put me on hold for hours and I called back and did not pick up. What is going on is there another number patients can call to schedule appointments??"

"Good treatment for any condition. BUT I have been calling since 2 weeks every day in the morning, at luch time 12:00pm at 3:pm but nobody answers. Left voice mail. I'm calling to schedule an appointment because I need refill. I really don't know why I don't get refill for at least 2 or 3 months. Went to the Clinic today @3:00pm and it was closed already? This is not the first time. You guys are closing ..."
