"Be super careful here. Dr. Nelson is kind as can be, but she is pretty irresponsible and negligence as a practitioner. Came to her for help with major GI issues, celiac and SIBO. She prescribed hundreds of dollars worth of supplements, of which she had me convinced she knew what she was doing.
