"I was a patient of Dr. Werdlow I'm very unhappy with the treatment I received. She was very rude and started shaking me when I could not make my mouth behave like she wanted. She recommended I have some procedures on my mouth that I discovered later were not necessary. The front desk is very unprofessional and do not return calls. I understand this is for low income individuals but we deserve better. ..."

"This location is ok. The clinic adequate. Front desk makes a lot of errors. They don't answer phones. My appointments are often changed or cancel. They give out information over the counter even the phone. Confidentiality is critical. The doctor is knowledgeable but a little overworked. Staff has little or no patience. Office full of people he cannot serve them all! This is not good. I understand ..."
