"I want quick information about my survery on July10 since the medications are not working. I want to know if can or should start a Med Pack to relievemy pain as the incision point. They rarely answer the phone and you have to leave a message and "they will call you back as soon as they can." So 7 hours later, I still haven't received call back. This behavior is typical in my experience."
