"Unfortunately your clinic is still stuck on the protocol of a virtual visit when patients who are ill , older and need the visit to be physically examined are being denied. Both myself and husband have been patients there for thirty years. We are considering changing our insurance. You are burdening the Patient First next door who incidentky do not turn anyone away. We are now in the flu season ..."
