"Two times on hold on the phone for over 4 minutes - never got an person to pick. Prescription for my husband to have been faxed to CVS pharmacy East West Highway Silver Spring. I go there - no record of a prescription. I then call John Hopkins Downtown Bethesda - am on hold for 40 minutes .
