"Called to schedule appt for my minor daughter to establish care. Advised the woman on the phone of this and she scheduled my daughter with an Internal Medicine doctor. They also changed the location of the appt without calling to let us know. So, we went to the wrong location. After hurrying across town to get to the appointment, the office staff and MA seemed like they were miserable, and we were ..."

"The Dr I saw today, Dr. Gibb, was friendly, caring, a very good listener and a very attentive physician. I enjoyed my visit. Additionally, they were timely (did not have to wait more than 15 minutes), efficient - and the staff was friendly as well. Overall, a very good experience. This was my first time here - and I am happy to have them as my PCP. "

"This is the worst Medical Group in Las Vegas, NV. I have asked for all my medical records and they come up with every excuse to not give them to me. Today I was told they have no records of me even though I was a patient since 2006. My attorney is going to love this one.."
