This morning I called the office to confirm he needed a filling because at his cleaning last month they told him it would be done when he got his braces off. "One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a dentist office in my entire life after trying for nine months to get this appointment dealing with a lady that was extremely rude on the phone I show up to find out I cannot be seen I drove an hour to get there a phone call would’ve been appreciated I do not recommend this place"

"The dentist came out and spoke to me directly, which was helpful since my son is mildly mentally retarded. She was not completely clear about what kind of treatment would be given for his gum problems. However she was clear that Jesse Albert would contact us when they get an OK from my sons insurance to proceed with gum treatments. She was respectful and friendly."
