"Dr. Ward and her staff (today, Chris) offer everything that one could possibly hope for in a dental practice: expert work, calm demeanor, kind and sincere, genuinely caring about patient experience. Having an old crown removed, decay underneath fixed, and temp installed was a good experience (especially thanks to nitrous) rather than a terror. "The staff are all wonderful! Nila is a fabulous hygienist—friendly, efficient, thorough. Kelly was a kind assistant. And Dr Pichler was very professional and patient. She took the time to examine my bite and teeth in a way that almost no dentist has done previously. The facility is clean, the greeting process was smooth with covid-19 precautions. I don’t want to deal with cranky people. On a recent visit to reseat an old crown that had fallen out, I arrived for my appointment only to discover I had lost the crown in my van. (I know. Right?
