"I felt that I waited quite a long time for Dr. Jeneary to come to the pod station once Stephanie had done the x-rays and other checkup. It would have helped me if she would have informed me as to the approximate time as to when he would get to the pod station. If he was delayed, it would have been nice to be informed."
