"Had an appointment scheduled with one of the urologists but the night before the appointment the patient portal showed the appoint was cancelled. No one from the office sent a notification. No call, no email, no text. Called there the next morning and they acted like nothing was wrong and were annoyed that I needed assistance to make a new appointment. No apology or reason even for the cancellation ..."
