"I have never done a review. This is for the Neurology office. I have always held Jefferson in the highest regard, but this office is the worst! We scheduled an appointment with a doctor and after waiting months for the appointment we were surprised when we arrived to be seen by the PA. We have waited 5 weeks for 2 simple preauthorizations. Still nothing received. I have called the office 4 times only ..."
