"I was a patient of Dr. Thomas for 20 plus years so when he moved there I followed despite a terrible staff. When he was on medical leave they refused to refill my anti-inflammatory med he had refilled for about 15 years. This even after my cardiologist told me he was fine with the drug (as they requested). The office manager, "Remple,"was more concerned with my "tone" than my increasing pain. Stay ..."

"Made a new patient appointment back in July for my son for today October 20th at 3:00. Went in and the scheduler had put him in for October 30th by mistake. I specifically made it for the earliest Monday so he could have a 3 day weekend. He took the whole day off and will not get paid for a mess up by the scheduling department. The receptionist did nothing to help us, was annoyed that I was upset. ..."

"Do doctors even want business anymore? Won't let you discuss health issues at your physical because "this is not a sick appt." Impossible to get a sick appointment, made me wait weeks. Then CANCELLED my sick appointment (THE DAY BEFORE) that I waited for and referred me to an allergist instead. Called allergist who said they only do ENT. Finding a new doctor asap."
