"I arrived at the Office of Jefferson Dental Northgate facility to have my second cleaning for the year. During that time I refused to have x-rays done due to my insurance not paying for more x-rays. When I refused to have that done, the general manager got involved and assure me that would not be any additional charge and that it was requirement.
