"I've been going to jax spine and pain for lumbar facet radio frequency ablation. Everyone from the front desk, medical staff and Doctor have been great! Allison Chappell is awesome! She has taken time with my questions and concerns with such sincerity I feel like I'm with family! She is a great asset to Jax Spine and Pain!!!"

"Not sure what other planet earlier reviews went to, Jax Spine St Augustine had my favorite DR in Dr Silva, who is now being a new Mom---Dr Salek is doing a fine job in her place, an occasional steroid shot to the shoulder for me and I appreciate his gentleness and sense of humor. The front office staff might need a refresher from training on speaking of patients loud enough for the waiting room to ..."

"Highly recommend Dr Hanes, knowledgeable, skilled and compassionate! The best pain provider I have seen. Avoid Dr. Silva though, lacks compassion and her nurse also lacks compassion."

"It would be my recommendation not to step foot in this place. I was referred to get a shot to relieve back pain. I ended up with permanent nerve damage. Then on a follow up the doctor sits there deferring responsibility and no resolutions. Pretty much gee wiz I don't know how that happened and too bad"
