"It would be my recommendation not to step foot in this place. I was referred to get a shot to relieve back pain. I ended up with permanent nerve damage. Then on a follow up the doctor sits there deferring responsibility and no resolutions. Pretty much gee wiz I don't know how that happened and too bad"
