"Inexcusably awful. The Doctor rushed me through my consult, never sent the lab orders she said she'd send that day. After literally 2 months and several phone calls, she sent the orders, but when I arrived at the lab (again!), they were hand-written and illegible. Since then the lab tech has called, I've called three time and sent email. A week later and no response, and no one ever picks up the phone. ..."
