"The name should be "Jacksonville Total Joke". I have had nothing but problems at this place. I needed a referral for a wound care specialist, Had to go in for an appointment to get the referral. waited over a week, never heard from the specialist, called them, they never got the referral. Called this place back, they sent in the referral but failed to put it through my insurance. This ended up costing ..."
