"Beautiful hospital very clean, but the medical center they're a bit incompetent unless you're there they will not call you back even within 24 hours after being assured you will get that call back and don't call after 2:30 pm you'll stay on hold and never get a pick up. I shouldn't have to drive to the facility to get simple answers from the nurses. The building looks great but the nurses are not ..."

"Emergency room department lacks patient quality and care. I was in there for horrible back pain and fever after being put into a room there was no compassion at all. No blanket no pillow no one came to even ask me my medical conditions or even ask me current medications. They gave me a CT scan and a covid test. They sent prescription to pharmacy and sent me off. I was not given my blood work results ..."

"I regret my father ever coming here. It is the worst session of my life. Left him for dead. A cardiac arrest because you pumped him with drugs that he DID NOT NEED. No proper hydration or care. Shame on you. Disgusting excuse of a hospital."
