"Professional and thorough."

"As you sit in the lobby, it is obvious that at least 30-40% of the patients are people of color but the staff is not representative of that fact. There seems to be about 12-15 employees other than the dentists. Over the past 10 years, there has never been more than one person of color employed at a time but there are new people every couple of years. It would be nice to see the practice acknowledge ..."

"Having problems with a tooth. Jackson Family Dentistry gave me a quick appointment even though I was not a patient at that time. Visit was exceptional, very little waiting, Dr and Assistant were efficient, and I was out within 20 minutes of my appointment time. I recommend this Practice to everyone."

"My family and I have been coming here for about 10 years and we've always received great service here... The staff is AMAZING, FRIENDLY, and very HELPFUL!!!! If there is a service needed that they don't provide ( like when my daughter needed braces) they went the extra mile and gave me a referral without me asking or having to search for an orthodontist on my own.....I'd definitely recommend Jackson ..."

"He is amazing. Skill = A+, personality = A+ Staff = ok. They act like it is a favor to you to administer the nitrous oxide that you pay $48 extra for. There is this feeling of you really don’t need this but I’ll give it to you anyway.If I am paying for this out of my pocket, I should be entitled to get it."
