"The office staff can be either pleasant & helpful or monstrously rude like the Dr. herself. Sad to say the truth the she-Dr can be very argumentative and forcefully controlling: possibly bi-polar! She cares nothing about what you say - only pretends to listen and then will be confrontive regardless of what you really need. Go somewhere else....this she-Dr needs to go home and forget about her ..."
