"Didn’t deserve the 1 star. I have a HMO and so does my mother in law, we have been established with our specialists for several years, when we changed or Primary Care to Island Doctors we needed referrals, we could not get them, Island Doctors said we didn’t see the need in specialists, said they could do the same thing, it's apparent they care more about the $$$ than the patient"

"I have been trying to get an approval for an oncology referral made by my PA on 5-01-24 and it has continuously been ignored by this medical director. I then started calling every 2 hours for a referral update for 4 days now. Island Doctors staff just keep telling me that the doctor hasn't responded. FOUR DAYS. Now the Island Doctor staff is ignoring my calls - they are putting me on hold and not ..."

"Loved being able to fill out new patient forms on my iPad. I just downloaded and used Fill,and sign app. Did not have need of much interaction with front desk other than providing my id and ins cards to be copied. Not fond of clinical chair used for blood pressure and etc. The chair is high and to me invokes association with child high chair. I am 5” 2” so not overly fond of stools and such. Saw ..."
