"I cannot express enough how insensitive Bethany H. Kennedy MSN APRN AGNP-C was when I brought my mother (who is 100) in for her appointment. The appointment was at 2:00 and because of an office scheduling error, they had her appointment scheduled for 1:00. That isn’t the upsetting part.
