"Arrogant, unresponsive, like all the medical establishments who don't hire enough people to run an efficient, responsive polite organization. Call in and experience the nightmare. They'll put you on hold, then 20 minutes later, pick up briefly and ask, "Can I put you on hold?" Of course, you can always reach BILLING. Rude pigs."

"I second the comment below. SCKE's billing department is a disaster. Payments I've sent have been applied to other accounts. The phone number on the bill does not answer and when you want to leave a message it hangs up! They do not follow up on your issue and keep bouncing around through reps where you have to explain everything all over again. The billing company they partner with does not give you ..."

"This organization’s billing process is deeply flawed. I and my insurer have been trying to connect with the office for months, to the point of going in person and asking to speak with someone, being told that someone will call back - no one ever does. My insurance has tried to call them to instruct on how to properly rebill a visit from 2021. Their automatic billing function billed me on Christmas ..."
