"They sent me the wrong dates for my procedure in my alerts, then when I tried to call and reschedule and chose the correct menu option, the person that I was connected to couldn't reschedule after already waiting and getting incorrect information, I simply canceled, and I will find a different option for this care. People have apprehension and anxiety over these procedures, it sure would be nice ..."

"They’re okay, I guess, if you don’t have a medical condition. If you do, stop wasting your time and go to University of Iowa. I have complex health issues, and I knew that my case was not the most straight forward medical issue one could have. However, by the end of my care with IDDC, I was no longer a patient. I had become a number, on a sheet of paper, and that’s never an okay thing to happen. ..."
