"My friend had Out-Patient surgery and I was responsible to drive him to and home and be his 24 hour care after his surgery. We arrived at his scheduled time 7:30am and I was told to stay and wait. At 11:20am, I asked the receptionist why I was not told that I could go home and would be called when he was ready to be discharged and picked up? (This is common practice for Out-Patient Surgery and Colonoscopy ..."
