No follow-up to phone calls and cancels appointments with little notice. "While the doctor my wife sees at this place is good, the services and billing are terrible. Granted, the health insurance she used to have screwed things up but the timing of bills are not good. "I was a patient of this practice several years ago and left because of poor quality of care and follow-up. Staff seemed to be bothered by you checking in and out. Fast forward to now, I'm POA for a parent who uses this practice. I'm finding a lack of communication with other providers and a lack of follow-up is a dangerous combination. They rarely return phone calls or are slow to do so."
