"I was a patient of this practice several years ago and left because of poor quality of care and follow-up. Staff seemed to be bothered by you checking in and out. Fast forward to now, I'm POA for a parent who uses this practice. I'm finding a lack of communication with other providers and a lack of follow-up is a dangerous combination. They rarely return phone calls or are slow to do so."
