"The girls are helpful and care, whereas Kevin Conner is the worst! Did not even look at my issue, did not believe what I said, gives attitude, is always late, and is not very helpful whatsoever. You’re better off using ChatGPT, ASI ONE, or Grok LLM, if Kevin is your only choice. Be warned."

"Unsure of these negative reviews but realize everyone's experience can be different. I had a fantastic experience. I was a new patient and was given an appointment right away, not weeks or months away. Staff was very nice and efficient. "Would give 0 stars if I could. The desk has the most abysmal people skills I have ever witnessed in Healthcare. The woman who answers the phone is arrogant and nasty. It takes multiple tries to get an appointment. You get put on hold and even hung up on. They treated a family member of mine needing complex symptoms management. He's been seen twice in office within the past two weeks and has gone there ..."
