"I gave them a 1 star review a year ago. Here I am with another bill, I tried to speak with "customer service" (what a disgrace) about my bill and I can clearly see that NOTHING HAS CHANGED! I fail to understand why hospitals continue to use these people! "

"I do not know how this company is associated with Riverton, WY but apparently I am gettting a debt collection bill from them yet thier website indicates they accept medicare and I have supplement. I have sent the insurance information to them twice. Apparently thier billing department does not do its job. or something else"
