"The front office staff at this facility lack empathy for patients in pain. Initially, they scheduled a virtual appointment with a different doctor and then told me to change my primary doctor to get a same-day appointment. After the appointment, I requested my prescription be sent to a different pharmacy, but they responded that they were too busy and would do it when they could. This left me in pain ..."

"No one at this facility will be reachable by phone, either to pay the bill over the phone or enquire about a status on referral or anything. If complained, I was asked to come in-person for every enquiry. I was told to come in-person to even complain, and they billed an office visit for that. This facility is just pathetic."
