"If I could give zero stars, it would still be too much. I've been an established patient for quite a few years. I recently scheduled a follow up visit, only to be left sitting for 40 minutes. After which I received a phone call telling me I couldn't be seen, as the scheduling staff failed to review my chart information until after my appointment time. "I agree that their billing is a nightmare. My husband was in the hospital October 2021 with Covid. He did not have any insurance. Thankfully we were able to submit his medical bills to the Covid 19 uninsured patient assistance act and get some help with these bills. However… we did not receive a bill from Integrity until February 2023. Almost a year and a half after his hospital stay. The Covid Assistance ..."

"Love Dustin Hahn NP. The office ordered a number of blood tests for my wife. All but one of the tests were covered by Medicare. The one that wasn't seems to have an error coding and was billed by Labcorp. The nice lady in their office gave me some bad information on how to correct so it's still unpaid."
