"This place failed to notify me when my primary care doctor took a leave of absence. I had updated my insurance information with them in December, before she took the leave. My new insurance is not in network with any of the providers left on staff, but was in network with my provider who took the leave. A month goes by without me knowing this. I start having pains in my sides. I call to make an appointment ..."
