"Most time My visit wasn't too bad once in a while when you get a Strange person to talk with. Then that is where you had it really terrible visit. I really like the lady at the front door when you just got to that place. She is really nice. The problem is when they're supposed to send your medication. To the pharmacy, you will be out of medicine. Like 2 weeks and you will hear different answers ..."

"If I could give 0 I would! Took away all my pain meds , and wants me to go to PT. Than he gives me these pain patches that I expressed to him I was allergic to. I called them today and told the office I was having a really bad reaction to the patches. I had to do something I've been in pain for to long. He said he would " figure out" what to do next... that was 5 hours ago. I hope he is having fun ..."

"The canceling of appointments with no notice is getting out of control. The call center people like to hang up on you with out answering your questions or transferring your to someone that can. I have been going to IINN for many years and it is becoming more of a pain to deal with the people (scheduling call center and such ) that either don’t know their job or do not care. The doctor I see is great ..."

You can’t manage your schedule and then treat you last patient like an inconvenience, I definitely won’t be back. Then to have the MA inform me that I should expect 2-3 hours for each appoint, please don’t think I’m exaggerating. If you have a job and cannot spend entire mornings or afternoons at a doctors ..."
