"Not sure what is going on here, but this is what I know. my wife anad I are getting regular shipments of Covid 19 test kits in the mail. We have both been fully vaccinated. Our Medicare Summary Notice is showing regular charges by: Innovative Spine Care, LLC in Ridgewood New Jersey. They show service provided by a Dr. Tatiana Sharahy MD. at this organization. The charge for the month of May, ..."
