"Horrible. They don’t answer the phone, they can’t help you when they do. They won’t send prioritizations for medications. It’s a joke. I’ve been waiting weeks for a prior authorization for a medication I’ve been taking for 2 years. Called twice. They dint care."

"No one answers the phone, and when they do, they're extremely rude. A receptionist named Itel has no empathy. They don't send your prescription or labs, and when you call for an update, they're unhelpful and dismissive as though you're interrupting them by asking them to do their job. There are no "doctors" here. There are only PAs. If you want an appointment, it's three weeks out and over telehealth. ..."
