"Dr. Reines was the best! He took care of me for 5 years. I’ve been living with this infection for 11 years, no other doctors knew what to do. Dr Raines put me on a medication that safe my life and now I have to have this medicine with me just in case something triggers it. "Poor practice and appalling communication. The doctors are pleasant enough and were fine to deal with when I was hospitalized. In my follow up at their office (which was scheduled without anyone contacting me - it just showed up on my hospital record), they kept me waiting nearly 30 minutes without apology. "The nurse practitioner was very nice, and I was able to get a vaccine booster for travel. However, if you ever need test results from them, just forget about it. They don't call, they don't return calls, and the receptionist is incompetent. The FNP did ask my friend out at the end of his appointment which was inappropriate (he declined).
