"The worst practice I have ever encountered in my life. I coordinate the care for my mother who has dementia and cannot get a doctor or nurse to return calls. Awful. Dr Christopher Cortes horrible. "Avoid this practice at all costs. They never answer the phone. All you can do is leave a message which they never return. My pharmacy has to call them back 3 times because the rx is incorrect. I have never, ever seen a practice that is so badly run. I am advising the pulmonologist who sent me there to find a different practice"
