"GAVE MY INFANT THE WRONG VACCINE TODAY. I have been to the practice 4 times with my 8 week old baby and seen Dr. Pacetti, Dr Rodriguez and Dr Romear. Apparently all of these doctors and their staff are incapable of keeping accurate medical records and resulted in giving my son an extra dose of a vaccine that he had already received. They claim that it will not cause any issues. Every one of them ..."
