"I had the worst experience at Indian wells family practice. The receptionist there her name is Rita she was so rude to me. She had called in the wrong prescription in so I asked them please call it in so I won't run out of pills. She yelled at me and me and said we have 7 to 10 days to call in your prescription. I try to tell her that I had already had called last week there but the wrong prescription. ..."

"Dr. Kay Banikarim has a great bedside manner and is thorough with her examinations. I had done regular labs and yearly exams with other MD’s and not heard back for results of lab work, (no news was good news, right???) no, I should’ve inquired sooner. But Dr. Kay has made referrals to specialists and I am in good hands now. Very caring."

"Amazing care. I have gone here for more than 20 years. Initial the wait is long, but I have learned early morning appointments are the best. Also, the office has allowed me to call in close to my appointment time and see how long the wait is. When the wait has been long, I have been able to go later, so my in office wait isnt so long. Dr. Kay and Dr. Moizzi are both very thorough and knowledgeable. ..."

"Do not go here. Care is okay but the wait is unexceptable. We've been to this office 3 times and each time I've had to wait at least 2 hours each time. This is utterly ridiculous. Switching doctors immediately. Also they got the name wrong on a bunch of blood work and that is unexceptable."
