"My doctor sent my referral twice since end of October for my endocrinologist, but they never called me to make appointment until I called and she lied me and said she just got the referral and lied to my doctor office about she was going to call me.After I called she said she didn't have to call me like I'm working there and they pay me . F"

"My pharmacy has been trying for nearly two weeks to get two prescriptions refilled. I've called and left messages, but no one has responded. I'm losing faith and have begun looking for a more responsive provider. This isn't the first time this has happened. Another time my doctor left the practice and I needed prescriptions and the same thing happened."

"Dr. Richard Kelly was my PCP for 32 years (started w/him at the Tatum & Cholla building 1992-ish). Fortunately, I have been extremely healthy all the while, but I just turned 78 years 8/2/23 and now when I need him most, he is no longer there. What to do? Their reviews are not good. What now (for me)?!!?"

"HORRIBLE man dr of 20 yrs there was the best but the staff continues to not place orders from the dr return calls answer calls lies about sending orders so u can get care. I had to change primary and office mgr knows of the extreme hurt toni’s all with our health and doesn’t care it just continues they have to many pts and is like a cow heard staff treats poorly and you can’t get the care the dr orders ..."
